PAYMENTS

How do I pay for my order?

You can pay for your order using credit cards (VISA, Mastercard, American Express).In India you can also use your debit cards and NetBanking.You will receive a confirmation email & call from us when you place an order.

What should I do if my payment doesn't get through or fails?

SHIPPING AND DELIVERY

Do I have to pay shipping charges?

Shipping is free within India for all orders of Rs. 3000/- & above. A small convenience charge of Rs. 100/- is applicable for orders below Rs. 1000 & Rs. 250/- is applicable for orders below Rs. 3000

Do you ship internationally?

Currently, Kaleido Kairi Krafts ships only within India. However, international shipping is in the pipeline and we will keep you updated.

When will I receive the ordered products?

If the product is available, then we will process your orders within 2-3 working days and ship them through trusted and reputable courier companies. We try to deliver the products to you within 3-4 working days in major cities. However, the duration of the delivery can take 8-10 working days depending on your delivery location.

Why have I received only a part of my order?

Based on availability of products in the inventory, we may send you a partial order shipment. We will inform you in such cases and will try and fulfill the remaining order at the earliest.

ORDER TRACKING

How do I know if my order has been placed successfully?

You will get an order confirmation email shortly after you place the order. If you do not get the order confirmation email, please get in touch with us immediately at kaleidokairikrafts@gmail.com or call us at 8431877673.

How can I track my order?

You would also get a confirmation email when your order is shipped with the order tracking details.

CANCELLATION POLICY

How to cancel an order?

You can cancel an order, which has not yet been shipped; you will receive tracking details on your email as soon as your packet is shipped.

We offer replacement or exchange for all items except furniture. Returns & replacement for furniture will be accepted only for damaged / defective products. You will need to inform us of any damages / defects within 48 hours of delivery of the product, in order to receive the replacement.

If it is bespoke then it would be difficult for us to take up cancellation, as our craftsmen start your work immediately and cancellation would mean not paying them – something that we do not want to do.

How to change or modify an order?

Kaleido Kairi Krafts offers change or modification on orders once payment is made for them (within 24 hrs) by asking customers to get in touch with us at 9740235473 or by sending us an email at kaleidokairikrafts@gmail.com.

Refund on cancelled orders.

Once your order has been cancelled, we will immediately process the refund.

Limitations on Cancellations:

  • No cancellations are entertained for those products that Kaleido Kairi Krafts has made for special occasions like Sale, Stock Clearance, New Year’s, Diwali, Christmas etc. These are limited occasion offers and therefore cancellations, exchanges or refunds are not possible.
  • Cancellations on customized products and designs will not be possible due to the nature of these products.
  • In case of receipt of damaged or defective items, please report the same to our Customer Service team. The request will, however, be entertained once the merchant has checked and determined the same at his own end.This should be reported within 5 days of receipt of the products.

RETURNS POLICY

What is your return policy?

We process only exchanges/replacements and no direct refunds. Permitting the availability of inventory, exchanges can be processed up to 10 days from the date of purchase. If you wish to return or exchange an item for any reason, please email us kaleidokairikrafts@gmail.com or talk to us at 8431877673.

The returned product should be in its original packaging and condition with labels/tags intact

How do you return?

Self-ship: You will have to self-ship the product(s) back to us.For all returns, you will need to pay the additional shipping cost.

What is the returns procedure?

Step 1

Call us within 24 hours from the receipt of delivery. You can either call us on 8431877673 between 10.00 a.m. and 7.00 p.m. (IST), or email us at kaleidokairikrafts@gmail.com.

Step 2

Once your returns request is validated over phone, we will send you an email authorizing a return, along with the address for the same. Please print a copy of the email and attach it to the return shipment. To be eligible for the return, kindly use one of our associated courier partners to send us back the product. We must receive the package within 10 days of us sending the authorizing email. You are required to kindly facilitate the handover from your delivery address within 48 hours of receipt of the authorization email.

Step 3

After receiving the package, we will inspect the same. Once approved as an eligible return by our Quality Assurance Team, we will ensure that we replace the product. If the product is not available, we will issue a refund.

What is your refund policy?

In case the replacement product is out of stock, for a prepaid order you will receive a full refund to your bank account. Refund amount will be the full value of the order, without the shipping charge.Shipping charge is non-refundable.

Terms & Conditions for Return:

  • The final decision on whether a returned item will be approved or rejected lies completely with Kaleido Kairi Krafts Quality Assurance Team.
  • All items sold during a sale period, end of season sale, clearance sale, or special occasion are not eligible for any return or exchange. Such products are sold as final sale and sold as-is.
  • The returned items will only be accepted in their original packaging, which includes bags, tags, boxes, invoices, documentations, warranty cards (if any), all accessories, and all the things that were present when the item was delivered to you.
  • The product you’re returning must be unused, unwashed and in its original condition. If it is used, damaged, soiled or altered, the return won’t be processed and the items will be sent back to you.
  • PLEASE DO NOT ACCEPT THE PACKAGE IN DAMAGED OR SOILED CONDITION.
  • Products in sets cannot be returned individually.
  • If we are unable to send you a replacement of the item that you have returned, we will offer you a refund for the same.
